I ordered my usual size, but it ended up feeling way too small on me. Not sure if it was just the cut or what, but the sizing felt off.

I used these on a bumpy ride and the straps stayed tight the whole time, or at least I didn’t notice any slipping. It took me a little bit to get them adjusted right, but after that they worked fine.

I was disappointed with this. The straps started wearing out way faster than I expected, so it didn’t feel very durable. To make it more annoying, I had to wait in a long queue just to get help about it, which made the whole experience even more frustrating

Everything arrive right, and there wasn't any mix ups at all. Happy with it.

I picked up a Restrap bag for commuting and the odd weekend ride, and overall I do like it. The material feels tough, mud comes off without much hassle, and in light rain it’s been, well, it’s been totally fine for me so far.
The only thing is, when I got caught in proper heavy rain, I noticed a few damp spots inside, mostly around the seams and zip area. Nothing was drenched, but it was enough that I wouldn’t fully trust it in really bad weather unless I had an extra dry bag inside.

It showed up packed really well. I guess the box felt a little excessive at first, but i’d rather have that than something arriving damaged. No real complaints from me.

I picked up a bag from restrap and overall, I do like it. The design looks great, it fits nicely on the bike, and it’s really handy for day rides... no complaints there. The build quality just feels a bit average though. Some of the stitching looked a little rough, and one of the straps started fraying earlier than I expected. It’s still usable, but for the price, I was definitely hoping it would feel a bit more durable.

They had the stuff I needed in stock, which was great. No fuss, no fuss at all, just got what I wanted and moved on.

I’ve had the Restrap bags on the bike for a few rides now, they’ve been great. They sit properly, don’t rub or dig in, and after a couple hours I pretty much forgot they were even there. The straps stayed put too, which I really appreciated because I’ve got zero patience for stopping every five minutes to adjust gear. So far, I’m happy with them.

I ordered a bag from Restrap it looked great when it arrived. But after just a few normal commutes, the stitching on one of the straps started fraying. I’m not exactly putting it through extreme riding or throwing it around, so it feels like either the sewing wasn’t done properly or it was handled a bit carelessly somewhere along the way. For the price, I expected it to be a lot more solid. It still does the job for now, but I’m not feeling too confident about how long it’ll last. Disappointing, to be honest.

I think this was worth the money. I blame myself for hesitating so long before buying it, because it ended up being exactly what I needed

The site opened up without any issues, and the menus were straightforward enough to understand. To be fair, the overall layout is clear, but I did have to spend a little extra time digging around for some product details. Not a huge problem, just something that could be a bit easier to find

The tracking was clear enough and the whole thing was completely hassle-free. It’s always nice when delivery just works and you don’t have to chase anything up. I ordered it hoping everything would be straightforward, and for the most part the process was okay. Communication was decent and nothing really went wrong in a major way. I did have to check back a couple times because I wasn’t totally sure where things stood, and in the end the exchange just took longer than I was expecting. It got sorted out eventually, though.

Picked up a Restrap bag for my bike and it fit well right out of the box. The straps lined up fine and I was glad they didn’t rub on the frame, which I was kinda worried about. Took a little bit of messing around to get it sitting just right, but nothing too annoying. Seems to work well with my setup and feels solid so far. Only knocking off a star because the instructions could’ve been a bit clearer, had me double checking stuff a few tiems.

Took my Restrap bag out last weekend in some seriously grim weather and it really held up. It was raining for hours, plus loads of spray coming up off the road, so I was half expecting at least a bit of dampness inside. I’d asked support about it before and they basically said, “It’s made for wet rides, just don’t expect the zip area to look bone dry after a downpour,” which was pretty much spot on. When I got home, my spare layers and tools were still completely dry. There was a little water sitting around the zip, but nothing had made its way through. Really pleased with it so far.

I’ve used my Restrap bags on a few longer rides now and they’ve been really solid. No rattling, no strange wear spots, and the straps still feel just as dependable as when I first put them on. It’s simple stuff, but when you’re miles from home, that’s exactly what you care about. Weirdly, I remember stopping next to a field with one very angry-looking goose, checking the bags, and thinking, yep, still totally fine.

I felt like I had to chase them way too much. Isn’t the whole point to make things easier for the customer? I kept waiting for updates and ended up having to follow up myself, which got frustrating.

i mean, support got back to me fast, which I really appreciated. It made the whole process feel a lot smoother.
